Shipping, Return , Refund, Exchange and Cancellation

Shipping:

Bohame, Offer free shipping within india. We ship via Fedex, Delhivery or merchant Courier. 

International shipping is Free above order Rs. 25,000, for orders Below Rs.25,000 we charge flat shipping of  Rs. 1900/Order. Our Courier partners are  Fedex and DHL. For UK and USA we also self network facility. Please note : We do not accept any return on international order.

Exchange and Returns:

 We offer exchange in sizes. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship us the piece back with a small note of your size requirements, and send us an email within 7 days at hello@bohame.com. If the style doesn't suit you, we can offer you a one-time use store credit voucher valid for 60 days provided the piece is unworn and intact with all the tags and labels.

The shipping costs from your end will be borne by you. However, a reverse pick-up option is available at a cost of Rs.250 . The return address is as below:

Eligibility for Returns:

We will not entertain exchanges any later than a month. If you wish to return/exchange a piece, please send us a mail within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for customised orders, that is length or minor alterations.

Refunds are processed as store credit, We Do Not cash or a/c transfer refund.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, including original packaging. The product will be subject to a thorough quality check in order to be eligible for a return. Bohame reserves the right to refuse to return a product if it is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Refunds as store credit (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt and status of your refund process and next steps.

If approved your refund will be processed, and a store credit of full amount will be sent to your email address within 2 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will only be accepted if your order hasn't been shipped.
