Bohomale’s(“we” “us”) website(s) (our “Site” or “Sites”) and related products are made available to you in accordance with the following terms & conditions and any other rules posted on our site. Please read the terms & conditions carefully before placing any orders. These terms & conditions, as modified or amended from time to time, are a binding contract between the company and you. If you visit, use, or shop at the site (or any future site operated by the company, you accept these terms and conditions).

Conditions of Use

Listed here are the terms and conditions of sale applicable to online purchases from (“Bohomale”). These terms and conditions apply to all transactions for the purchase of Bohomale “products” from its website. Bohomale does not offer or agree to any conditions, warranties, or representations relating to the performance characteristics of the Products other than those set out in these terms. By visiting the site the customer accepts the terms and conditions of use relating to this Site. The customer’s completion of the checkout form on this site will constitute an offer to the customer to purchase Products (the “Order”). All orders are subject to acceptance by Bohomale.

Registration

To use some of the products made available to you on this site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.

Availability of goods and prices

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation.

We make every attempt to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however, discrepancies may occur. If we discover any error in the price of goods already ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and ask that you reconfirm your order at the correct price, whilst also giving you the option to cancel it. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you we will consider the order cancelled. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

All cash transactions, credit, and debit charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, your order will not be accepted and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Returns & Exchange

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from the bohomale website. The exchange will not be allowed on bags without any issue. The product can be exchanged only if there is any mark or damage found after the delivery of the product to the customer. The product will be inspected by the delivery person at the time of requesting the return, and invoice number, date and the reason for return supplied. Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. A reimbursement will not be allowed on Product returned after 7 days from invoice. If due to a warehouse or other error on the part of Bohomale, the customer receives a product which does not correspond or quadrate to its order, the Customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the Product and may obtain a replacement product from the site, after returning the original product to Bohomale, provided that the returned product is in new condition with its original packaging unopened.

Delivery and performance

Delivery schedules are approximate and are based on prevailing market conditions applicable respectively at the time of confirmation of purchase. If by reason of an event of force majeure Bohomale is obliged to suspend the supply, the performance of this Agreement shall be suspended throughout the period during which it is unable to ensure deliveries and such suspension shall not be deemed as a breach of this Agreement. As soon as the effect of the obstacle arising from the Force Majeure has ended, the obligations of this Agreement shall once again come into effect and shall remain in force throughout the remainder of the duration thereof. Without limiting the foregoing, the following shall constitute events or conditions of Force Majeure: acts of State or governmental action, fire, earthquake, hurricane, war, flood, acts of terrorism, explosion and unavailability of raw material, transportation strikes and delays, strikes or partial or complete work stoppage or lock-outs in industries or businesses operated by third parties concerned with the manufacture of the products.

Billing

The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the VAT. The VAT charged shall depend on the destination where the order has to be shipped. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. We reserve the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

Please ensure you complete your address details correctly when placing your order. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, we may at our discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost.

You will receive an email receipt when you complete the purchase process at , and you can request a full paper VAT receipt when placing your order if it is required. For the status of orders please email us.

We are not responsible for any delays for due to the time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process.

In the event we are unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) as mentioned herein above and the payment for such order(s) has been made by you through your credit/debit card, the amount paid by you while placing the order(s) on the site will be reversed back to your card account within 7 Working days. No refunds shall be applicable on the orders made by the users under the Cash on Delivery (“COD”) option.
